James came to our office in 2018 after over a decade of experience with the Pierce County prosecuting attorney's office. While working as a prosecutor James handled all manner of cases, from misdemeanors to murder charges. James is an accomplished trial lawyer, ten years of trial experience, and three years of litigation experience with emphasis in personal injury and contract law. Skilled in legal research and legal writing. A demonstrated history of community advocacy and public speaking experience. Successful executive board leadership experience with emphasis in education and personal empowerment.
For his undergraduate education, James attended the University of Washington, where he received his bachelor's degree in sociology. He then went on to attend the University of Washington School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor (law degree). James enjoys the challenge of representing clients who are accused of serious crimes, and helping them in their greatest time of need.
